This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.
You acknowledge that, as an entity incorporated under UAE Free Zone laws (Fujairah Creative City – Media Free Zone), JNaran Consulting FZ LLE operates in compliance with UAE commercial regulations and data governance standards.

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision in this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. NO AGENCY
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to form a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and JNaran Consulting. You do not have any authority to bind or represent the company in any manner.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, acts of terrorism, or any other unforeseen disruptions.

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and JNaran Consulting regarding your use of the website and services and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral. Any failure by us to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
